Royce's passion is taking big-picture lessons from over 15 years in complex global industries and applying them as practical, hands-on solutions that help B2B businesses succeed.
Royce's career has been dedicated to understanding how businesses run and how to make them run better. It started with an 11-year tenure at HSBC, where he worked on global transformation projects. This gave him a deep appreciation for the importance of secure, compliant, and scalable processes within mission-critical environments.
From there, he moved to PayPal, where he designed enterprise global payments solutions. This role taught him how to align operational strategy with high-growth technology and user-focused product design. Later, as a leader at the FinTech startup FISPAN, he focused on scaling lean operations and building best-in-class client experiences for complex bank-fintech partnerships.
Most recently, he has had the opportunity to apply these same principles to a new challenge at Forge Labs, a modern digital e-commerce and manufacturing business. His focus there is on improving cash flow and overall business efficiency through strategy, fintech adoption, and automation in a capital intensive environment. This cross-industry experience is the foundation of his adaptable, holistic approach.
Over the years, Royce has seen that the best strategies are useless if they can't be implemented by the real people doing the work. That's why he founded Ekko on three core beliefs:
Start with Your Reality. He gets in the trenches with clients because solutions designed in a vacuum fail. Ekko builds a practical roadmap based on your real priorities and challenges.
Simplify Before Automating. His "process first" belief means eliminating inefficient steps before adding new tech. He only implements technology when it simplifies work, not complicates it.
Partnership Drives Lasting Results. As an embedded partner, he coaches teams through the transition, ensuring changes stick for the long term.
